Domestic Assistant – Aged Care / Community Support

We’re looking for friendly and reliable Domestic Assistants to support elderly clients in their homes. Your work will help clients feel safe, comfortable, and supported — and genuinely appreciated.

We have flexible work in the following areas:

• Ballina
• Byron Bay
• Lennox Head
• Mullumbimby
• Evans Head
• Lismore
• Alstonville

What you’ll be doing

• Keeping homes fresh and tidy (cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens & living areas)
• Laundry, linen changes, and light household duties
• Simple meal prep and dishwashing
• Following care plans, safety guidelines, and infection control standards
• Having a friendly chat and building positive relationships with clients

About you

• You’re reliable, caring, and take pride in your work
• You notice the little things and enjoy helping others
• Experience in domestic assistance, cleaning, home support or aged care is great (but not essential)
• You’re comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team

What you’ll need

• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Right to work in Australia
